NEMA Building Construction
NEMA Building Construction is a design and build firm for residential and commercial projects. Enginecy built its website and has run its search program since February 2026, starting from a site search engines could barely see.
The first months fixed the foundations: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image text, schema and sitemaps. Then came a Tampa-focused content program, with articles answering what homeowners and businesses ask before they hire a contractor, organized into topic clusters and linked to the service pages.

Verified results
Figures from Google Search Console and Semrush, as shown in Enginecy's monthly client reports and starting strategy. Each figure names its period.
- Articles appear in Google results for Tampa searches such as general contractor cost in Tampa and home renovation permits in Tampa (August 2026 report).
- Impressions grew more than four times even though the August window is shorter: 31 days against 40.
The evidence

The challenge
In February 2026 the site had no measurable organic traffic, a Semrush Authority Score of 2 and no visibility in AI answers. None of its pages had a meta description or a single clear H1, so search engines had little to work with.

What we built
We rebuilt the technical base, set a Tampa keyword strategy, and published articles on costs, permits and renovation planning, each linked to the right service page. Google Business Profile posts support local visibility.
